KICK THE MEAT HABBITS & BE VEGETARIAN - NARESH KADYAN visit site
Dear Friends,

Open the hearts and minds of the public... get active for Meatout 2008 this spring!

Join compassionate people in all 50 U.S. states and two dozen other countries by hosting an event on (or around) March 20th to educate the public about the benefits a plant-based diet.

This year's theme is "Choose Veg - It's Good for Your Heart!" Let others know that "kicking the meat habit" is both a healthy and compassionate choice.

Activities can include leafleting, information tables, food samplings, walks, and much more. We'll provide you with guidance, materials, media, and an online Events Directory.

Visit www.Meatout.org or call 800-MEATOUT (632-8688) to find out how to get started.

Don't miss this chance to put your community on the Meatout map! Do it for health, the environment, and of course, the animals.

Thanks for caring,
Jen Riley
Program Director

P.S. Help us promote Meatout by exchanging web banners at www.meatout.org/banners.htm

It's yellow and it has two bumps.
Its taste is very sour.
It has little holes in it.
Its taste is a little like a Kiwi,
but it is sour.
It sometimes makes people cry.
